Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are FREE and accepted up to 60 days after purchase with original receipt or shipment summary.  All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.  If you do not have a copy of the original order, log int your account online and print this and include it in your return. Do not include any credit/debit card information on the form or enclose any method of payment in your package.  Processing returns takes 5-10 business days after receipt of your package.  If you items was purchase at a retail store, returning it to that store will be the fastest way to return your product.  If your return is not accompanied by the original receipt, the value of your return will be based on the most recent selling price on If the gear requested for exchange is not currently available, you will be issued a HardGains Gift Card.  HardGains is not responsible for lost returns.Please ship your return or exchange to :

  • Refunds:  If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 5 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.
  • Exchanges:  Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 10-14 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed. At this time, we are unable to process exchange requests for gear purchased through Amazon, Ebay, Shoprunner, or paid for using PayPal, PayPal Credit, or Apple Pay.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:  We stand behind everything we make. It’s proof of our relentless pursuit to empower athletes everywhere. So if you experience any issues with quality or performance of our gear, we’ll make it right.    In the rare occasion that your gear is damaged in transit, or that you receive the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 538-1839.
