Becoming healthy, by staying active and watching what you eat, both what and how much are extremely important. But staying active is also just as important. Whether you’re a young 25 year old that fell outta shape from high school, or a 65 year old that has a had a sendentary life style, we can all change. When starting off, none of use are experts, or professionals or should run a marathon without any preparation. Here is an extensive but not exhaustive list of activites.
